Feedback / Complaints

House to Home Lettings are always striving to improve our service, but for us to continually improve your feedback is important. Please complete our survey.

If you wish to make a complaint please click here, We take all complaints seriously and each will be dealt with in accordance with our complaints procedure, a summary of this is as follows:

  1. Any complaints submitted are recorded internally.
  2. Our complaints officer will investigate the issue and look into the matter for you – speaking to any staff concerned and viewing notes on our system.
  3. We will take any further action necessary and speak to the person(s) concerned to find out why the situation has occurred.
  4. If the complaint is made about a specific member of staff, the Directors will investigate the issue.
  5. We will respond to your complaint within 14 working days.
